I absolutely adore Colour Lovers for colour inspiration and ideas. Perhaps the most inspirational part is the blog. I especially like the mushroom-inspired entry. Finally, the trends page gives me some exciting ideas.

I find I like that colour blender site the most. Normally I have an idea for a colour combo, it just helps me accent it better.

Absolutely! I was using some commercial software that is nice and feature-rich, but for quick palettes Color Blender is ideal.
